1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using airfiltervault.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Products and pricing

All prices displayed on AirFilterVault are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay.

Product availability is subject to change. We will notify you if an item you ordered is unavailable and offer a refund or alternative.

3. Orders and fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled by our fulfillment partner, Filter King. By placing an order, you authorize us to share your shipping address with Filter King for fulfillment purposes.

We aim to ship all orders within 24 business hours. Actual delivery time depends on your location and shipping carrier.

4. Returns and refunds

Air filters are a consumable product. We do not accept returns for change of mind — once an order has shipped, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error on our part (see Section 5).

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact hello@airfiltervault.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

5. Wrong size — replacement policy

It is your responsibility to verify the correct filter size for your HVAC system before ordering. The size is printed on the cardboard edge of your existing filter.

If you believe you received the wrong size due to our error (i.e., what arrived does not match what you ordered), we will replace the order at no charge. To request a replacement you must provide:

• A photo of your order confirmation or packing slip showing the size you ordered
• A photo of the filter(s) you received, clearly showing the size printed on the frame

Email both photos to hello@airfiltervault.com with your order number. We will review and respond within 2 business days.

If you ordered the wrong size (e.g., measured incorrectly or selected the wrong dimensions), we are unable to accept a return or issue a refund, as filters are a custom-cut consumable item.

6. Waitlist and notifications

Joining our waitlist or signing up for filter reminders constitutes consent to receive the specific email communications described at the time of signup. You can unsubscribe at any time. Waitlist signup does not guarantee product availability or pricing.

7. Intellectual property

All content on airfiltervault.com — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of AirFilterVault or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

AirFilterVault is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

We make no warranty regarding the suitability of our filters for any specific HVAC system beyond standard industry specifications. Always consult your HVAC system's manual for filter compatibility requirements.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Okaloosa County, Florida.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
